    Welcome to GRAICE ("the App"), developed by Kinected Solutions LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

    GRAICE is an AI-powered Bible study application provided by Kinected Solutions LLC. The App offers:

    • Scripture reading from multiple Bible translations
    • AI-generated study insights and question answering
    • Word Study with Greek and Hebrew origins
    • Character Study profiles for biblical figures
    • Spiritual First Aid for life's challenges
    • Personal study tools including bookmarks, highlights, and journals
    • Reading plans and devotional content
    • Text-to-speech with verse highlighting
    • Historical timelines, biblical maps, and classical artwork

    No account is required to use GRAICE. The App is designed for personal spiritual growth and Bible study.

    Acceptable Use

    Permitted Use

    You may use GRAICE and its AI features for personal spiritual growth, Bible study, devotional purposes, and educational exploration of Scripture.

    Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to engage in any of the following:

    • Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the AI systems
    • Using the App to generate harmful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
    • Automated access, scraping, or bot usage of any kind
    • Circumventing usage limits or fair use policies
    • Using the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission
    • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App or its AI systems
    • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the App

    Enforcement

    We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or are engaging in behavior that could harm the App, its users, or its systems.

    AI Limitations Disclaimer

    The AI features in GRAICE are provided for educational and devotional purposes. Please understand the following:

    • AI-generated content is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, professional theological advice, or your own study of Scripture
    • AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or interpretations that differ from traditional teachings
    • You should verify important matters by consulting Scripture directly and trusted spiritual resources
    • The AI does not represent any particular denomination or theological tradition

    We continually work to improve the accuracy and helpfulness of our AI, but it should be viewed as a study companion, not an authoritative source.

    Intellectual Property

    Our Property

    The GRAICE name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Kinected Solutions LLC. Scripture text is provided through licensed API providers and remains subject to their respective copyright terms.

    Your Content

    Any content you create within the App (journal entries, notes, bookmarks) remains your property. This content is stored locally on your device and is not owned or claimed by Kinected Solutions LLC.

    GRAICE displays the following Bible translations, all in the public domain or under a free license:

    • American Standard Version (ASV) — public domain
    • Bible in Basic English (BBE) — public domain

    Service Availability

    GRAICE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Kinected Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
    • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or any decisions you make based on such content
    • Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the App

    Termination

    You may stop using GRAICE at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion for violation of these terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the App, its users, or our systems. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    Governing Law
